Customized products and selected project-specific items may have different warranty terms. Please refer to your quotation, order confirmation, or product agreement for the applicable coverage.
RMA Instructions
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please contact FiberWeek and obtain an RMA number before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
When returning a product:
- Clearly include the assigned RMA number.
- Use suitable protective packaging.
- Include the requested product accessories when applicable.
- Follow the return address and shipping instructions provided by our support team
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation, use, storage, or maintenance
- Accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Operation outside the specified power or environmental limits
- Natural disasters, fire, liquid exposure, or other external causes
- Normal wear or deterioration of consumable products
- Removed, altered, or unreadable product labels or serial numbers
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by FiberWeek.
